There was a surprise snowstorm the day before and there were no chains on board. This is what happens when you drive through a water culvert that is filled with snow. "SURPRISE!" And, would you believe the cell phone battery was dying, the sun was setting, temps were in the the low teens and no one was to be found on the radio. 23 repeaters and not a soul out there. The truck had to be abandoned over night on the mt. top. One of those memorable trips...
