About the System:

The C.A.R.L.A. 11 repeater is located in the Walnut Creek / Plesant Hill area at the C.A.R.L.A. Lab where all of our repeaters are assembled, tested, cursed at, repaired, and modified. This is also where the EchoIRLP, and certain other links join the system. It has been reduced in power & coverage due to PAVE PAWS.

Coverage for System 11
Located in the Walnut Creek area in Contra Costa County. It covers the I-680 corridor from I-80 to I-580 and can be heard in the Fairfield-Suisun area and in some parts of the Pleasanton/Livermore Valley. It also covers the I-24 corridor from I-680 to the Caldecott Tunnel.
