the 2000 movie called Erin Brockovich starring Julia Roberts

Cerro Noroeste (Mt. Abel) provides coverage in the southern parts of
Kern, Tulare and south-east San Luis Obispo counties. It covers parts
the Cuyama Valley, Bakersfield, Grapevine, Buttonwillow, Visalia. It
serves some communities such as Pine Mountain Club and parts of Frazier
Park. There is some coverage to the east into parts of NW San Bernadino
County such as Edwards AFB, Boron, Lancaster, Tehachapi,
California City, Hinkley, Barstow and parts of Mojave.
