Transmitter at 25 Shasta Bally down

The main transmitter at Carla's Redding site 25 has been turned off after it was discovered
on a recent trip to the area that it was weak and sputtering. It is still receiving and passing
traffic out to the system but nothing will come out the main at this time. Carla 25 will remain
in this state until a repair crew can get up there to assess/repair the system.
Users in the area are requested to use CARLA 13 or CARLA 20 in the meantime.
