CARLA 6/36 OOS

Sometime in the last 24 hours CARLA 6 & 36 went off the air. We suspect a controller related
issue but, as always, we never know until we get on site. The site is also full of snow and
likely not accessible without a snow cat or helicopter and right now neither are in the budget so
expect a prolonged ETR.
CARLA 14, 20 & 25 will help to fill in some of the coverage but not all.
