CARLA 13 (Lake Shasta & Shasta Hub) is completely off line and out of service. Copper thieves cut
ALL coaxes on the tower and stole some waveguide as well. Storms and conditions hindered access to
assess the situation until recently. ALL coax runs will need to be replaced. ETR April 2019
