CARLA 30 is a Solar site and is experiencing battery fatigue. We have decided to turn off the link
PL for now so the tx time is greatly decreased and hopefully saves some battery reserves. We may
have to take further action to minimize current draw at the site including SoCal link disconnects.
PLEASE keep you traffic short on the system. Thanks.
