Shasta Hub issues

The Shasta Hub is experiencing a link problem which is not allowing CARLA 20(Burney) and 28(McCLoud) to be heard on the rest of the network. Both those sites will work in local mode and can hear the network traffic but can not be heard on the link. No ETR as of yet.
