CARLA 18 on Battery Backup Power

Due to a fire near the CARLA 18 site in The Lake Topaz Nevada area,
the grid power to the site has shut down. The CARLA 18 repeater
will likely be on battery power for a couple of days. Please use
the CARLA system mindfully during this time. -CARLA
