Issues with Shasta Hub RX

We are experiencing an issue with the controller at CARLA 13, specifically on the Shasta Hub port.
This in turn is causing intermittent RX on any system tied to that port which at the moment is CARLA
20 & 28. we are able to reset the controller periodically which sometimes restores operation for a
short period. A complete replacement and upgrade of the site controller has been approved but there
is no ETR as of yet.
