As of January 14, 2017 we are aware of the following storm related issues on the CARLA network:
CARLA 8- OOS/Out Of Service for several days. Battery back up not working. expired ETR(s).
CARLA 21- On Battery Back-Up power since evening of 1/13/17. No ETR.
CARLA 22- On air locally but link seems to be down. Not ETR.
