    The link TX radio at Vaquero is not passing audio Southbound to SLO so all repeaters South of
    Vaquero
    are not hearing any audio from the rest of the CARLA system. Audio Northbound is ok so the system
    will hear traffic from SLO/Bakersfield/LA but they will not hear traffic coming from North of
    Vaquero.
