NO AUDIO on VACA Hub/Network

It appears the (RLC DSP-404) repeater controller at CARLA 16/Vaca Hub is NOT passing audio through
it to the rest of the network. This is affecting the ENTIRE NETWORK. Certain segments of the
network will pass audio through each other as in the case of RF-linked relay sites and any ALLstar
connected sites but in general, all anyone will hear is a dead carrier. ETA for a site visit is
sometime this this afternoon.
