Mt. Vaca Hub on battery

The Mt. Vaca hub & CARLA 16 are on battery power since 8-18-20 @ 5:45PM. The Allstar hub is also
offline but most sites have been re-connected with back-up RF links. power lines are burned down
as well. No ETR of commercial power as of yet.
