    There seems to be multiple power issues at
    the Mt. Vaca Hub site on the commercial
    power side (PG&E) and generator/transfer
    switch. 


    Currently we are on battery back up and
    CARLA 16 is down. PLEASE keep traffic to a
    minimum. ETR is EOD Friday.
