CARLA 28 on the air

CARLA 28, McCloud (443.475+ Local PL:100.0Hz, Link PL: 173.8Hz) has just been added and integrated into the network. The site is located between McCloud and Mt. Shasta City near the I-5 & Hwy 89 junction below Mt. Shasta. It helps to fill in some areas up there that CARLA 13 could not cover well.
It covers the I-5 corridor through most of the canyon including Lakehead, Castella, Dunsmuir and north into McCloud, Mt. Shasta City, Weed and Grenada. There are parts of Yreka that you can work it with a mobile or base but it is on the very outer fringe of coverage.
System 28 connects to the Shasta hub at #13's site and offers some redundant/overlapping coverage in certain areas. However, if one or the other systems were to fail the other would pick-up some of it.
