Wireline link to Shasta is OOS-using back-up.

The CARLA 5 controller is having problems causing it to reset quite often. We disconnected it from the wireline link to Shasta which helped to settle it down. We have subsequently enabled the RF back-up link between Shasta and the rest of the network. This cross-connection switch is located at CARLA 25's site. Occasionally, there may be some noise on the path which could impair reception of southbound traffic. Once we get the problem repaired we will advise. Thanks.
