VACA HUB is Out Of Service

The Mt. Vaca Hub controller is OOS (Out Of Service). This means MOST of the Central California & SF Bay Area systems are NOT able
to LINK to each other at this time as well as to/from other hub rings in the network.

Link paths & Hubs that are still working include:

-All machines on the Shasta ring will talk to each other via CARLA 13's hub AND CARLA 5.
-All machines on the Nevada ring will talk to each other via CARLA 18's hub AND CARLA 8.
-CARLA 5 is connected to the Shasta ring & the echo-IRLP node only.
-CARLA 3 & 26 will talk to each other.
-CARLA 4 & 19 will talk to each other.
-The Shasta & Nevada rings are isolated and will not talk to each other.

More updates as they become available.
