Primary Hub repaired

Today our Rapid Response Field Team was dispatched to the Primary Central California Hub site and effected repairs. The controller was replaced with a spare unit, re-programmed, firmware was updated, levels were adjusted and other functionality tested.
A big thanks goes to the RRFT for spending Mother's day on site to get us back up and the network fully operational again.
